Nylon
Functional parts where toughness and wear resistance matter.
Pros: Good mechanical resistance and some flexibility.
Cons: Absorbs moisture and can warp; finish and fit need extra planning. Black only.
PETG
Practical parts, holders & durable everyday accessories.
Pros: Tough, durable and more heat resistant than PLA.
Cons: Fine details and overhangs can be less crisp; some stringing is possible.
PETG Translucent
Specialty material for a distinctive look.
Pros: Lets light through, with PETG durability.
Cons: Printed layers scatter light; the result is translucent rather than optically clear.
PLA
Detailed designs, everyday indoor products & decorative prints.
Pros: Clean detail, broad color choices and good value.
Cons: Lower heat resistance; less flexible and more brittle than engineering materials.
PLA Glow-in-the-dark
Specialty material for a distinctive look.
Pros: A green or blue glow after exposure to light.
Cons: Glow depends on light exposure; shares PLA heat limitations.
PLA Marble
Specialty material for a distinctive look.
Pros: A stone-like appearance.
Cons: Primarily decorative; shares the heat limitations of PLA.
PLA Silk
Specialty material for a distinctive look.
Pros: A shiny appearance for decorative prints.
Cons: Lower heat resistance; strength differs from standard PLA.
PLA Wood-fill
Specialty material for a distinctive look.
Pros: A wood-like look and texture.
Cons: Best for decorative designs; fine details and strength depend on the blend.
Polycarbonate
Technical parts that need strength & heat resistance.
Pros: High impact and tensile strength, with good heat resistance.
Cons: More demanding and costly to print; warping can affect large parts. Gray only.
